What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order to ensure your product has not already been processed and shipped. Please contact customer support ASAP. firstname.lastname@example.org
What are shipping times?
Due to high demand and COVID-19, current shipping times range between 8-15 business days for all of our available shipping locations. We are estimating to have these shipping times cut in half in the months to come as we expand our logistics team and add on personnel.

We are currently shipping to: US, Canada, UK, France, Spain, Germany and Australia.
Is shipment tracking available?
Yes! processing times are 48-72 hours (arranging your order). Once orders are fulfilled (depart our warehouse) a tracking number will be provided. You can view your orders status on our Order Tracking page.
Why is shipment tracking not working?
Please allow up to 36 hours for tracking information to show up once the order has been shipped. Tracking information is only updated once the package has been scanned at a parcel point hub. Therefore, If your tracking information does not update daily, just know that your package is still on its way.

Will I be charged customs fees and taxes?
The most likely case is that custom fees and taxes can be avoided in all of the current countries that we ship to. We try our best to help minimize taxes and customs fees. On very rare occasions packages may be held up at your countries customs port. We are not reliable for any customs fees or taxes, they're to be paid by the purchaser.

I don't like my product, can I return it?
What if my bag arrives damaged
If your product arrives damaged, please reach out to customer support with your order # and a picture of the damaged item. We will issue you a new one immediately. Our staff performs quality inspections before shipping all products, however, as humans, mistakes can happen and things can be missed. Just know, we take extreme pride in customer satisfaction and will go above and beyond to make our customers happy!
Is a power bank included?
No, power banks are sold separately and must be provided by you to access the bags USB charging capabilty.
