Will I be able to track my order? 

Yes! processing times are 48-72 hours (arranging your order), once orders have been fulfilled (depart our warehouse) a tracking number will be provided. You can periodically check the status of your order on our Order Trackingpage.

*Shipping updates are recorded when a bag arrives and leaves from a hub parcel port, if your shipping information is not updated everyday, this is normal. Just know that your item/s are still safely on their way!

What if I don't like the bag in person?

What if my bag arrives damaged?

First off, we sincerely apologize. If your product arrives damaged, please reach out to customer support with your order # and a picture of the damaged item. We will issue you a new one immediately. Our staff performs quality inspections before shipping all products, however, as humans, mistakes can happen and things can be missed. Just know, we take extreme pride in customer satisfaction and will go above and beyond to make our customers happy!

*If your bag arrives flat or wrinkled due to the shipping process, this can almost always be reversed by fluffing the bag out or simply stuffing it with clothes and letting it sit for a couple hours!

Is a power bank included?

No, all power banks are sold separately and must be provided by you to access the USB charging capability on the bag.
